Botanical description

Habitus:, has brown-red branches covered with thorns

Leaf: It has long-stemmed round-ovate multi-lobed leaves

Flower:  flowers are white to pink and  bloom in May and June

Fruit: Fruits are globular or egg-shaped red berries with mealy pulp and two stones; they ripen in autumn.
