It was created by accident in the territory of Spain and England, and is widespread in the United Kingdom and America, South-Eastern Europe and India.
Botanical description
Habitus: The trees have wide trunks, wide crowns and are tall, they can grow up to 50 meters in height. Their bark is peeling, the colour is from smooth white to dark brown. Shoots are initially hairy, and later bare, they are round.
Flower: London plane blooms at the time when the leaves are already starting to form, they are unisex and collected in inflorescences (male flowers are yellow-green, and female flowers are reddish, they are pollinated by the wind and remain on the tree until spring). The buds are greenish-gray in color and shiny, covered with a scale, while the leaves are located on a long stalk and arranged alternately.
Leaves: large, alternately arranged leaves on long stems. They can be deeply or shallowly cut into 3 to 7 lobes and are light green in color.

They can grow on almost any type of soil. The best place for growth is a place where there is a lot of light. When rooted, it tolerates drought and urban pollution well.
