data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Budu\u0107i da je misija strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja u\u010diniti sve u\u010denike zapo\u0161ljivima, smjernice \u0107e poslodavcima pokazati kako osobe s te\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju mogu obavljati zadatke. Ove smjernice detaljno \u0107e opisati koji su zadaci prikladniji za razli\u010dite vrste invaliditeta i kako prilagoditi zadatke kako bi odgovarali njihovim sposobnostima. Usvajanjem ovog pristupa mo\u017eemo pove\u0107ati zaposlenost osoba s invaliditetom i posti\u0107i bolje rezultate za poslodavce. Prilikom izrade ovih smjernica prvenstveno \u0107emo se usredoto\u010diti na blage te\u0161ko\u0107e, koje su naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e me\u0111u u\u010denicima strukovnog obrazovanja i osposobljavanja u ni\u017eim strukovnim i strukovnim programima, kao i one koje su ve\u0107 zaposlene u tvrtkama s kojima sura\u0111ujemo.   <\/p>\n<p>Smjernice \u0107e pokazati kako pou\u010davati u\u010denike s te\u0161ko\u0107ama i odrediti prilagodbe potrebne u radnom procesu kako bi se pobolj\u0161alo radno iskustvo. To \u0107e tako\u0111er biti korisno za nastavnike arborikulture, posebno pri provo\u0111enju prakti\u010dne nastave s u\u010denicima s te\u0161ko\u0107ama u razvoju. Smjernice \u0107e pomo\u0107i u\u010diteljima da prepoznaju snage u\u010denika i, sukladno tome, poti\u010du njihov razvoj.  <\/p>\n<p>U kona\u010dnici, neizravnu ciljnu skupinu \u010dine osobe\/u\u010denici s te\u0161ko\u0107ama, koji \u0107e imati koristi od ovih smjernica pove\u0107anjem svoje zapo\u0161ljivosti. Karakteriziraju ga tri osnovna simptoma \u2013 pove\u0107ana hiperaktivnost, nepa\u017enja i impulzivnost. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Hiperaktivnost<\/strong> mo\u017ee se karakterizirati prekomjernom ili razvojno neprikladnom razinom vokalne i motori\u010dke aktivnosti. Uklju\u010duje pokrete koji se ne uklapaju u odre\u0111ene situacije. Tijekom komunikacije pojedinci prekomjerno govore, \u010desto komentiraju, uska\u010du u govor ili prave atipi\u010dne zvukove. Osnovna manifestacija je stalno kretanje pojedinca, koji mrda, ska\u010de, igra se rukama i ometa druge.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Nepa\u017enja<\/strong> o\u010dituje se nemogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u odr\u017eavanja pozornosti, pojedinci su zaboravni, ne slu\u0161aju, ne mogu razlikovati va\u017ene od nebitnih stvari i imaju problema s organizacijom zadataka i aktivnosti. Imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a s koncentracijom na zadatke, imaju problema s izvr\u0161avanjem zadataka u odre\u0111enom vremenu i ne mogu odr\u017eati pa\u017enju dugoro\u010dno. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Impulzivnost<\/strong> je na\u010din djelovanja u kojem pojedinac emocionalno reagira na neo\u010dekivane situacije. U\u010denje je im je izuzetno te\u0161ko, \u0161to vrijedi i za u\u010denje prakti\u010dnih aktivnosti ili komunikacijskih vje\u0161tina.  <\/p>\n<p>Glavni problem za osobe s ADHD-om je nemogu\u0107nost kontrole njihovih reakcija na signale, podra\u017eaje ili doga\u0111aje koji na njih utje\u010du i nisu povezani s onim \u0161to rade.<\/p>\n<p>Osobe s ADHD-om:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Imaju potrebu za pove\u0107anom aktivno\u0161\u0107u<\/strong><br \/>Pojedinci su nemirni i puni energije, koju ne bi trebali potiskivati ve\u0107 ju je potrebno &#8220;izbaciti\u201d. Trebali bi imati prostora za vje\u017ebanje, tako da mogu usmjeriti svoju energiju. Zahvaljuju\u0107i velikoj kreativnosti i snala\u017eljivosti, oni su vrijedni \u010dlanovi dru\u0161tva. Njihova energija \u010desto se prenosi na druge ljude, \u0161to stvara ugodnu radnu klimu. Njihova jaka to\u010dka je hiper-koncentracija, pa kad se uzbude zbog ne\u010dega, mogu ostati na tome satima. Pojedinci su \u010desto znati\u017eeljni, zainteresirani za nove podra\u017eaje i vole isprobavati nove stvari. Mnogi pojedinci s ADHD-om vrlo su perceptivni, dobri u preispitivanju i prirodni vo\u0111e. Budu\u0107i da imaju problema s mirovanjem dulje vrijeme, to dovodi do rizi\u010dnog pona\u0161anja u kojem tra\u017ee opasne i uzbudljive situacije. Imaju problema s zadr\u017eavanjem na jednoj aktivnosti du\u017ee vrijeme. Ne znaju dobro kontrolirati svoje emocije, impulzivniji su, \u0107udljiviji i \u010desto djeluju vrlo brzo i eksplozivno. Pojedinci nisu ba\u0161 dobri u planiranju i organiziranju dnevnih aktivnosti. Ponekad imaju problema s pra\u0107enjem uputa jer imaju smanjenu odgovornost za svoje pona\u0161anje. Pojedinci s ADHD-om \u010desto su svjesni svojih nedostataka, \u0161to dovodi do niskog samopo\u0161tovanja i osje\u0107aja manje vrijednosti. Ljudi koji su naru\u0161ili slu\u0161nu percepciju do te mjere da mogu percipirati govorni govor uz pomo\u0107 slu\u0161nih pomagala smatraju se nagluhima. Sve ove \u010dinjenice mogu utjecati na njihovu emocionalnu stranu, zbog \u010dega su ti pojedinci \u010desto nestabilni i emocionalno neuravnote\u017eeni. Osobe s Downovim sindromom tako\u0111er mogu imati neke povezane medicinske probleme, kao \u0161to su uro\u0111ene sr\u010dane mane, gubitak sluha i poreme\u0107aji \u0161titnja\u010de (Windsperger &amp; Hoehl, 2021). <\/p>\n<p>Ozbiljnost simptoma mo\u017ee se uvelike razlikovati me\u0111u osobama s Downovim sindromom, a mnogi pojedinci s ovim stanjem vode ispunjenje \u017eivota uz pravilnu podr\u0161ku i njegu. Tako\u0111er mogu biti kra\u0107eg rasta i imati manju glavu od prosje\u010dne veli\u010dine. Ove fizi\u010dke zna\u010dajke nisu univerzalne i mogu varirati u intenzitetu me\u0111u pojedincima.   <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Rast i razvoj<\/strong><br \/>Osobe s Downovim sindromom mogu posti\u0107i razvojne prekretnice, poput hodanja i razgovora, sporijim tempom u usporedbi sa svojim vr\u0161njacima. Imaju ve\u0107e pote\u0161ko\u0107e u finim i grubim motori\u010dkim sposobnostima, ravnote\u017ei i koordinaciji. Jo\u0161 jedna od glavnih karakteristika je spor i te\u017eak razvoj govornog jezika, zbog \u010dega je njihov govor \u010desto oslabljen, a ponekad i te\u0161ko razumljiv.  <br \/>Stoga se mogu suo\u010diti s izazovima u dru\u0161tvenim interakcijama i komunikaciji. Ipak, \u010desto imaju tople i zanimljive osobnosti. Oni mogu stvoriti smislene odnose i pozitivno doprinijeti svojim obiteljima i zajednicama. <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Intelektualne te\u0161ko\u0107e<br \/><\/strong> Osobe s Downovim sindromom obi\u010dno imaju ka\u0161njenja u kognitivnom razvoju i mogu zahtijevati dodatnu podr\u0161ku u podru\u010djima kao \u0161to su jezik i u\u010denje. Downov sindrom povezan je s blagim do umjerenim intelektualnim te\u0161ko\u0107ama (Bull &amp; Committee on Genetics, 2011). <\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Zdravstveni problemi<\/strong><br \/>Osobe s Downovim sindromom sklonije su odre\u0111enim medicinskim stanjima u usporedbi s op\u0107om populacijom. To mo\u017ee uklju\u010divati uro\u0111ene sr\u010dane mane, probleme sa sluhom i \/ ili vidom, poreme\u0107aje \u0161titnja\u010de, gastrointestinalne probleme i pove\u0107an rizik od razvoja leukemije (Tod, 2013). S napretkom u medicinskoj skrbi i socijalnoj podr\u0161ci, o\u010dekivano trajanje \u017eivota za osobe s Downovim sindromom zna\u010dajno se pove\u0107alo tijekom godina. Tako\u0111er mogu pokazati <strong>odlu\u010dnost<\/strong> i <strong>visoku motivaciju<\/strong> za postizanje svojih ciljeva. Iako komunikacijske sposobnosti mogu varirati, osobe s Downovim sindromom obi\u010dno posjeduju <strong>sna\u017ene socijalne vje\u0161tine<\/strong>; Oni u\u017eivaju u interakciji s drugima i mogu biti dru\u0161tveno perceptivni. <\/p>\n<p>Mnogi pojedinci s Downovim sindromom imaju prirodnu sklonost inkluzivnosti i prihva\u0107anju drugih, \u010desto promi\u010du osje\u0107aj pripadnosti i zajednice.<\/p>\n<p>Pojedinci s Downovim sindromom, kao i svi pojedinci, imaju jedinstvenu kombinaciju jakosti i slabosti. Imaju slabiji osje\u0107aj za broj i procjenu. Neki u\u010denici s diskalkulijom mogu se boriti s prostornom svije\u0161\u0107u, \u0161to ote\u017eava razumijevanje geometrijskih koncepata ili tuma\u010denje grafikona i grafikona. Rutina mo\u017ee zna\u010diti da \u017eele i\u0107i istim putem na posao svaki dan ili jesti potpuno istu hranu svaki dan, na primjer za u\u017einu, koja se poslu\u017euje istim redoslijedom.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Pravila<\/strong> su im tako\u0111er vrlo va\u017ena: osobama s ASD-om mo\u017ee biti vrlo te\u0161ko usvojiti druga\u010diji pristup nakon \u0161to nau\u010de &#8220;ispravan&#8221; na\u010din. Osobama s ASD-om tako\u0111er je te\u0161ko prihvatiti promjene, ali s tim se mogu lak\u0161e nositi ako ih pripremimo za promjene i ako imaju dovoljno vremena za prilagodbu. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Imaju posebne interese<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mnogi ljudi s ASD-om razvijaju posebne interese u mladoj dobi. Oni se mogu mijenjati tijekom vremena ili se odr\u017eavati do\u017eivotno. Posebni interesi mogu biti crtanje, glazba, ra\u010dunala, vlakovi, vatrogasci, dinosauri itd. Neki ljudi s ASD-om tako\u0111er mogu raditi u skladu sa svojim posebnim interesima tijekom vremena. Za druge, ti interesi ostaju hobi. Me\u0111utim, posebni interesi tako\u0111er mogu biti prili\u010dno neobi\u010dni. Na primjer, netko s ASD-om stvarno voli pokupiti sme\u0107e. Taj je interes zatim razvijen i pro\u0161iren na recikliranje i brigu o okoli\u0161u.       <\/p>\n<p><strong>Senzorna osjetljivost<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osobe s ASD-om \u010desto su senzorno osjetljive. Ta osjetljivost mo\u017ee se odnositi na jedno ili vi\u0161e osjetila &#8211; vid, sluh, miris, okus i dodir. Pojedinac mo\u017ee biti preosjetljiv (hipersenzitivnost) ili umanjene osjetljivosti (hiposenzitivnost) na podra\u017eaje. Na primjer, osoba s autizmom mo\u017ee smatrati da su neki obi\u010dni zvukovi nepodno\u0161ljivo glasni i uznemiruju\u0107i. To mo\u017ee uzrokovati anksioznost ili \u010dak fizi\u010dku bol za pojedinca s ASD-om. Zbog toga pokrivaju u\u0161i kada im je zvuk preglasan. Dakle, ljudi s ASD-om izbjegavaju odre\u0111ene zvukove ili mirise (parfemi, dezodoransi), odbacuju odre\u0111ene tkanine (va\u017eno je razmi\u0161ljati o tome, ako odbijaju nositi za\u0161titnu odje\u0107u) i vrlo su nemirni oko hrane. Oni tako\u0111er ne vole da ih se dira.        <\/p>\n<p>Ljudi koji su hiposenztivni mo\u017eda ne\u0107e osjetiti bol ili vrlo visoke ili niske temperature. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Ljuljanje \/ okretanje<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neki ljudi s ASD-om \u010desto se ljuljaju ili rotiraju kako bi stimulirali odre\u0111ene osje\u0107aje, uravnote\u017eili ili kontrolirali stres.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6bb93b0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6bb93b0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Jakosti<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3bb337 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3bb337\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ljudi s ASD-om imaju neobi\u010dnu mje\u0161avinu snaga i slabosti, a neki ljudi imaju iznimne <strong>&#8220;intelektualne vje\u0161tine&#8221;<\/strong>, kao \u0161to su kalendarski izra\u010duni, iznimne glazbene vje\u0161tine, u\u010dinkovite i brze matemati\u010dke operacije s velikim brojem, prostorne vje\u0161tine bez upotrebe pomagala.<\/p>\n<p>Osobe s ASD-om \u010desto karakteriziraju <strong>izvrsno pam\u0107enje, dobro logi\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje, sna\u017ena pa\u017enja prema detaljima, visoka tolerancija na ponavljaju\u0107i i rutinski rad, vrlo specifi\u010dno znanje (\u010ditaju enciklopedije), razmi\u0161ljanje izvan okvira, formuliranje kreativnih ideja, ustrajnost, iskrenost, odanost. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kada na\u0111u <strong>temu ili aktivnost koja privla\u010di njihov interes<\/strong>, obi\u010dno ulaze vrlo duboko u to, stalno razgovaraju o tome, istra\u017euju. Taj interes mo\u017ee dovesti do <strong>uspje\u0161nog hobija a kasnije i karijere, gdje mogu biti uspje\u0161ni<\/strong>. Naravno, to vrijedi za one ljude s ASD-om koji su funkcionalniji i sposobni samostalno se brinuti o sebi. <\/p>\n<p>Unato\u010d mnogim podru\u010djima snage, ljudi s ASD-om imaju mnogo pote\u0161ko\u0107a u svakodnevnom funkcioniranju.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0721079 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"0721079\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Slabosti<\/h4>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce1564d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce1564d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Izazovi dru\u0161tvene komunikacije<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osobe s ASD-om imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a u verbalnoj i neverbalnoj komunikaciji. Mnogi od njih <strong>shva\u0107aju govor<\/strong> vrlo <strong>doslovno<\/strong> I mislim da ljudi govore to\u010dno ono \u0161to misle. Naj\u010de\u0161\u0107e im je te\u0161ko koristiti i razumjeti:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">mimiku lica <strong> i intonacija glasa, <\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>metafori\u010dko zna\u010denje<\/strong> rije\u010di, \u0161ale i sarkazam,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><strong>uobi\u010dajene fraze<\/strong> i izreke (izraz &#8220;Veslao je kao lu\u0111ak&#8221;, \u0161to ljudi \u010desto ka\u017eu kad misle da netko vesla vrlo brzo, ali doslovno bi to zna\u010dilo da netko vesla kao mentalno bolesna osoba).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6582e64 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6582e64\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Neki ljudi s ASD-om mo\u017eda ne govore ili mogu imati prili\u010dno ograni\u010den govor. Ve\u0107inu vremena razumiju \u0161to im se govori, ali \u010desto koriste druga sredstva za komunikaciju, poput neprikladnih pona\u0161anja i gesta, koje obi\u010dno razumiju samo oni koji su vrlo bliski osobi s autizmom. Drugi, opet, imaju dobro razvijene govorne i jezi\u010dne vje\u0161tine, ali mogu imati pote\u0161ko\u0107a u razgovoru, mo\u017eda ponoviti ono \u0161to je netko rekao ili odre\u0111ene fraze (to se naziva eholalija) ili neprestano govoriti samo o onome \u0161to ih zanima.  <\/p>\n<p>Za osobe s ASD-om vrlo je korisno <strong>razgovarati na jasan, dosljedan na\u010din, i dati im vremena<\/strong> za obradu informacija.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Izazovi u socijalnoj interakciji<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osobe s ASD-om \u010desto imaju pote\u0161ko\u0107a u prepoznavanju ili razumijevanju tu\u0111ih emocija i osje\u0107aja te izra\u017eavanju vlastitih, \u0161to im ote\u017eava dru\u0161tveno uklapanje. <\/p>\n<p>Osobe s poreme\u0107ajima iz spektra autizma:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">ne razumiju nepisana pravila dru\u0161tva koja ve\u0107ina nas u\u010di napamet.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\u010desto stoje preblizu nekome s kim razgovaraju ili iznose neprikladnu temu razgovora,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">ponekad izgledaju bezosje\u0107ajno jer ne mogu prepoznati kako se netko osje\u0107a,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\u010desto su surovo iskreni, izravni,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">ne pokazuju interes za \u010davrljanje,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">radije provode vrijeme sami nego u dru\u0161tvu,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">ne tra\u017ee potvrdu, utjehu od drugih ljudi,<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\">\u010dini se da se pona\u0161aju &#8220;\u010dudno&#8221; Tada bi osobi s ASD-om trebalo dati priliku da demonstracije izvodi vlastitim tempom <strong>razumijevanja<\/strong> uputa i <strong>vje\u017ebajnje zadatak u mirnom i sigurnom <\/strong> <strong>okru\u017eenju kako bi njima ovladali.<\/strong> To se radi vlastitim tempom, prilago\u0111avaju\u0107i vrijeme za u\u010denje novih zadataka, prilago\u0111avaju\u0107i broj ponavljanja, omogu\u0107uju\u0107i prekid izme\u0111u, dodatno vrijeme ako je potrebno).  <\/p>\n<p>Ostali djelatnici tako\u0111er mogu imati koristi od postupnog na\u010dina u\u010denja posla. Ako nije sigurna, osoba s ASD-om pregledava kratke upute\/dijagram (ako ih ima) i ako nije sigurna, ponovno je vodi poslodavac (djelatnik).  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Osoba s ASD-om samostalno obavlja zadatak<\/strong>, bez potpore poslodavca (djelatnika). Time se tako\u0111er izbjegava potreba za hitnim odgovorom, \u0161to im omogu\u0107uje mirno razmi\u0161ljanje prije nego \u0161to odgovore. U odnosu jedan-na-jedan, mo\u017eemo im olak\u0161ati sjedenje pored njih, a ne nasuprot njih, ograni\u010davaju\u0107i tako kontakt o\u010dima.  <\/p>\n<p>Treba im pristupiti i pomo\u0107i im da se uklju\u010de u socijalni kontakt (da nisu izolirani, ali ih ne treba prisiljavati na socijalni kontakt). Treba ih voditi, podu\u010davati kako pristupiti i, prije svega, pokazati koje je pona\u0161anje prikladno u odre\u0111enoj situaciji. Potreban im je okvir (jasna pravila, granice, ilustrirani konkretnim primjerima) unutar kojeg mogu bolje prona\u0107i svoj put.  <\/p>\n<p>Zadaci koje obavlja osoba s Aspergerovim sindromom ne bi trebali biti timski zadaci. Zada\u0107e ne bi trebale uklju\u010divati sudjelovanje velikog broja ljudi ako je potrebna stalna koordinacija. Ina\u010de, za osobe s autizmom u strogom smislu radni zadaci trebaju biti individualni.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Radni proces kao rutina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Osobama s ASD-om ili Aspergerovim sindromom olak\u0161ava pra\u0107enje dana prema vlastitom rasporedu. aktivno je uklju\u010dena u proces, uklju\u010duju\u0107i izradu plana rehabilitacije.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ishodi lije\u010denja ovise o mnogim \u010dimbenicima, uklju\u010duju\u0107i mentalno, fizi\u010dko i zdravstveno stanje pojedinca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako je ishod lije\u010denja zadovoljavaju\u0107i, slijedi obuka na radnom mjestu. Radne zadatke na kojima se pojedinac treba osposobiti koordinira stru\u010dni tim rehabilitacijskog centra, a unaprijed ih definira poslodavac.
