slovenskih, hrvatskih i slova\u010dkih nacionalnih izvje\u0161\u0107a, koja su pripremljena kao R1 u okviru Erasmus+ projekta ArborTech. Istra\u017eivali smo obrazovne potrebe u podru\u010dju arborikulture. Svako nacionalno izvje\u0161\u0107e temelji se na nacionalnoj analizi upitnika poslodavaca i zaposlenika te pregledu ishoda u\u010denja arborikulture (znanja, vje\u0161tine i kompetencije), uklju\u010denih u formalne i neformalne kurikulume postoje\u0107ih obrazovnih programa.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potpora Europske komisije u stvaranju ove publikacije ne predstavlja potvrdu sadr\u017eaja koji odra\u017eava samo stajali\u0161ta autora i Komisija se ne mo\u017ee smatrati odgovornom za bilo kakvu uporabu informacija koje su dio navedenog sadr\u017eaja.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-48fc516 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"48fc516\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Op\u0107e Informacije<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7282816 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7282816\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cilj projekta Arbortech je prepoznati profesionalne kompetencije i razviti nove sadr\u017eaje u podru\u010dju njege drve\u0107a u urbanim podru\u010djima. Posebno su nas zanimale kompetencije potrebne za zanimanje urbani arborist. Upitnik za poslodavce i zaposlenike izra\u0111en je kako bi se utvrdile obrazovne potrebe onih koji trenutno obavljaju ovu vrstu posla ili koji bi se \u017eeljeli prekvalificirati.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na upitnik je odgovorilo ukupno 23 poslodavca iz javnog, javno-privatnog i privatnog sektora &#8211; 9 iz Slovenije, 3 iz Hrvatske i 11 iz Slova\u010dke. Upitnik je ispunilo 39 djelatnika &#8211; 21 iz Slovenije, 10 iz Hrvatske i 8 iz Slova\u010dke. Treba napomenuti da je projekt distribuiran na ovaj na\u010din, \u0161to je relevantno za kasnije pilot testiranje rezultata projekta.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drugi dio nacionalnog izvje\u0161\u0107a sastoji se od pregleda ishoda arborikulturnog u\u010denja, koji su uklju\u010deni u ve\u0107 postoje\u0107e formalne i neformalne obrazovne programe. U Sloveniji smo se usredoto\u010dili na VET module Ukrasne biljne proizvodnje, Arborikulture i uzgoja vinove loze, Upravljanje zelenim povr\u0161inama i Izgra\u0111ene komponente zelenih povr\u0161ina u trogodi\u0161njem programu iz podru\u010dja hortikulture, koji odgovaraju razini EQF-a 4 i 180 ECTS-a. Hrvatski partneri istaknuli su ishode u\u010denja u modulu Dendrolo\u0161ki tipovi za ugovaranje trogodi\u0161njeg obrazovnog programa za cvje\u0107are, koji odgovara razini EQF-a 3. Osim toga, pregledali su modul Botanika u \u010detverogodi\u0161njem obrazovnom programu za agrotehni\u010dara, koji odgovara razini EQF 4.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neformalni te\u010dajevi, koji uklju\u010duju ishode arborikulturnog u\u010denja koje su izlo\u017eili partneri, su slovenski te\u010daj arborikulture u trajanju od 50 sati, te\u010daj hrvatskog arboristi\u010dkog jezika i slova\u010dki te\u010dajevi pod nazivom Biolo\u0161ka svojstva stabala, Operativna sigurnost stabala u rezidencijama, Za\u0161tita stabala tijekom gra\u0111evinskih aktivnosti. Zahtjevi Radnika Iz Arborikulturnog Podru\u010dja Na Tr\u017ei\u0161tu Rada<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-745275c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"745275c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>U svim partnerskim zemljama izra\u017eena je sna\u017ena potreba za zaposlenicima s arborikulturnim kompetencijama, \u0161to pokazuje visok potencijal urbanog arboristi\u010dkog te\u010daja koji \u0107e se razvijati u projektu i s kojim su povezani rezultati projekta R3 &#8211; R5.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj poslodavci uglavnom ili u potpunosti koriste svoje zaposlenike (Sl &#8211; 67%, Cro &#8211; 100 %) umjesto vi\u0161ih vanjskih izvo\u0111a\u010da. Suprotno vrijedi za Slova\u010dku, gdje 72,2% tvrtki radije eksternalizira ovu vrstu usluge. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U Sloveniji 67% poslodavaca treba jednog ili vi\u0161e novih zaposlenika. Potreba je jo\u0161 ve\u0107a u Hrvatskoj i Slova\u010dkoj, gdje gotovo sve tvrtke iskazuju potrebu za najmanje dva zaposlenika (Hrvatska \u2013 100%, Slova\u010dka \u2013 90%). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Samo 22 &#8211; 45% tvrtki tra\u017ei iskusne radnike s me\u0111unarodnim certifikatima i ve\u0107im zahtjevima za pla\u0107om. Doista, 54 \u2013 67% poslodavaca izra\u017eava potrebu za zaposlenicima sa zavr\u0161enom srednjom \u0161kolom. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U Hrvatskoj su sve tvrtke ranije zapo\u0161ljavale ili bi razmislile o zapo\u0161ljavanju pripravnika. Postotak je ne\u0161to ni\u017ei u Slova\u010dkoj i Sloveniji, gdje je 67% i 56% tvrtki spremno zaposliti pripravnike. One tvrtke, koje to ve\u0107 \u010dine, razvijaju svoja znanja i vje\u0161tine kroz mentorstvo, vanjske te\u010dajeve i konferencije ili interne radionice i obuku.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poslodavci su voljni ili uglavnom voljni ulagati u daljnji profesionalni razvoj zaposlenika ( Hrvatska \u2013 67%, Slova\u010dka \u2013 82% i Slovenija \u2013 89%). U Slova\u010dkoj su poslodavci spremni platiti jedan te\u010daj, u prosjeku od 100 do 500 EUR. U Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj maksimalni iznos za te\u010daj za zaposlenike iznosio bi do 3000 EUR po osobi, ali u Sloveniji bi prijavljeni iznos za zaposlenike sa zavr\u0161enom srednjom \u0161kolom iznosio do 1000 EUR.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u0160irok spektar znanja i vje\u0161tina zaposlenika va\u017ean je u svim partnerskim zemljama jer \u010desto rade kao hortikulturisti (Slovenija &#8211; 56% tvrtki, 67% &#8211; Hrvatska i 36% &#8211; Slova\u010dka) te obavljaju i druge poslove na visini (Slovenija i Hrvatska &#8211; 33% tvrtki, Slova\u010dka \u2013 9,1%). Poslodavci obi\u010dno organiziraju rad u skladu sa znanjem, vje\u0161tinama i iskustvima zaposlenika kako bi zadovoljili potrebe kupaca i specifi\u010dne vanjske zahtjeve. Urbani arboristi\u010dki te\u010daj, koji \u0107emo razviti u ovom projektu, obogatio bi arborikulturna znanja i vje\u0161tine hortikulturistima, \u010dime bi se njihovo podru\u010dje stru\u010dnosti i korisnosti pro\u0161irilo na poslodavce.  <\/p>\n<p>Unato\u010d pove\u0107anoj potra\u017enji za arborikulturnim uslugama, 33% slovenskih i hrvatskih te 54% slova\u010dkih poslodavaca ne bi zapo\u0161ljavalo osobe s blagim invaliditetom kao radnike na drvetu. Ukupno 56% slovenskih i 33% hrvatskih tvrtki razmotrilo bi zapo\u0161ljavanje osoba s invaliditetom ako njihovo o\u0161te\u0107enje ne utje\u010de na njihovu uspje\u0161nost. Vrlo nizak postotak poslodavaca prilagodio bi svoje radne pozicije ( Slova\u010dka \u2013 27%). Izradom Smjernica za poslodavce, mi \u2013 projektni partneri \u017eeljeli bismo da razmotre zapo\u0161ljavanje osoba s blagim invaliditetom za rad u podru\u010dju arborikulture.   <\/p>\n<p>Me\u0111utim, poslodavci u Slova\u010dkoj bili bi spremni zaposliti osobe s blagim invaliditetom na drugim radnim mjestima, kako je otkriveno u razgovorima s poslodavcima. Mogu\u0107nosti Obrazovanja I Osposobljavanja U Arborikulturi<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1d79cb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a1d79cb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nacionalne strukovne kvalifikacije \u0160umarski radnik &#8211; sjeka\u010d ((89% poduze\u0107a) i Njegovatelj stabala na visini (56%), koje su potvr\u0111ene kao EOK4, dobro su poznate me\u0111u poslodavcima u Sloveniji. Postotak je manji me\u0111u hrvatskim poslodavcima (33%). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za razliku od hrvatskih poslodavaca, slovenski i slova\u010dki poslodavci dobro su upoznati s me\u0111unarodnim neformalnim titulama. Najpopularniji su: ISA stru\u010dnjak za penjanje po stablima (TW CS) (SI &#8211; 89%, SK \u2013 72%), EAC Europski radnik na drve\u0107u (ETW) (Sl \u2013 78%, SK \u2013 72%) i ISA certificirani arborist (CA) (Sl \u2013 78%, 81%). Tu su tako\u0111er i op\u0107inskog stru\u010dnjaka ISA CA (CA MS) (Sl \u2013 78%), Europskog tehni\u010dara za stabla EAC-a (ETT) (SL \u2013 67%, SK &#8211; 54,5%) i certificiranog inspektora stabala FLL Zertifizierter Baumkontrolleur (certificirani kontrolor drve\u0107a) (Sl \u2013 67%, SK &#8211; 45,5%). Poslodavci prepoznaju ove neformalne titule kao dokaz stru\u010dnosti. Kurikulum Arbortech-a nastojat \u0107e postati me\u0111unarodno priznat i me\u0111unarodno prenosiv s definiranom razinom EQF-a i mogu\u0107no\u0161\u0107u validacije s odre\u0111enim brojem ECTS bodova.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jednako su popularni kod obje skupine. Poslodavci se uglavnom oslanjaju na webinare, internet i YouTube sadr\u017eaj \u2013 89%, iako ga koristi samo 45% zaposlenika. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cjelo\u017eivotno u\u010denje vrlo je va\u017eno u podru\u010dju arborikulture sa stajali\u0161ta poslodavaca kao i zaposlenika. Poslodavci su upoznati s predavanjima arborikulturnog dru\u0161tva (Sl &#8211; 78%, Sk \u2013 84%), te\u010dajevima i natjecanjima u penjanju po stablima (78%), te\u010dajevima njege drve\u0107a (Sl &#8211; 89%, Sk \u2013 84%) i te\u010dajevima certificiranja (Sl &#8211; 67%, Sk \u2013 84%).  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Poslodavci u partnerskim zemljama imaju razli\u010ditu percepciju potencijala interneta (a time i YouTube-a i webinara) kao obrazovnog kanala za sebe i svoje zaposlenike. U Sloveniji ga koristi 89% poslodavaca, a u Slova\u010dkoj 62%. U Hrvatskoj su online sadr\u017eaji jednako popularni kao i info dani razli\u010ditih obrazovnih organizacija.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me\u0111utim, trebamo imati na umu da kori\u0161tenje YouTube-a, webinara, raznih internetskih sadr\u017eaja nije toliko popularno me\u0111u zaposlenicima (Sl &#8211; 45%, HR &#8211; 20-30%). U Sloveniji i Hrvatskoj osobe sa zavr\u0161enom srednjom \u0161kolom obi\u010dno mogu prepoznati 15 &#8211; 30 vrsta i ne koriste binarnu nomenklaturu na latinskom jeziku za identifikaciju vrsta. Osobe s vi\u0161im stupnjem srednjo\u0161kolskog obrazovanja ili vi\u0161im stupnjem mogu prepoznati vi\u0161e od 30 vrsta. 75% slova\u010dkih zaposlenika prepoznaje vi\u0161e od 30 vrsta i imenovalo ih je u skladu s latinskom i slova\u010dkom binarnom nomenklaturom.   <\/p>\n<p>Iako poslodavci i radnici nedostatak tog znanja nisu percipirali kao primarno, samo-procjena je pokazala da se smatraju poprili\u010dno kompetentnima (samovrednovanje Sl i SK &#8211; 3,00, HR \u2013 3,7).<\/p>\n<p>Ipak, ta \u0107e se kompetencija pobolj\u0161ati razvojem arborikulturnog laboratorija u sklopu projekta Arbortech, gdje \u0107e proces u\u010denja biti potaknut vi\u0161estrukim osjetilima.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2b2fd3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b2b2fd3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.3 Pedologija<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8884bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b8884bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Znanost o tlu (pedologija) va\u017ena je u nekoliko aspekata. Najva\u017eniji razlog je osigurati da se drve\u0107e adekvatno hrani, posebno u urbanim sredi\u0161tima. Zbog asfaltnog kolnika, ograni\u010den prostor za rast korijena (instalacije, kanalizacija, o\u010dvrsnuti supstrat itd.), slanost tla i posljedi\u010dni nedostatak kisika, osiguravanje pristupa vodi i mineralima klju\u010dni su za pravilan rast i razvoj stabala. Stabla u urbanim sredi\u0161tima se zapravo ne razvijaju pravilno zbog ekstremnih abioti\u010dkih \u010dimbenika (ranije li\u0161\u0107e, kasnije mirovanje itd.).   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d199f5b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d199f5b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Kompetencije:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>utvrditi uvjete za rast ukrasnog drve\u0107a u urbanim sredinama u kontekstu njihovog polo\u017eaja, vode i hranjivih tvari (tlo, voda, izlo\u017eenost svjetlu, stani\u0161te),<\/li>\n<li>prikupiti uzorke za analizu tla,<\/li>\n<li>identificirati degradirana tla koja nisu prikladna za sadnju urbanih stabala,<\/li>\n<li>prepoznati fiziolo\u0161ke poreme\u0107aje urbanih stabala,<\/li>\n<li>razvijati rje\u0161enja i definirati mogu\u0107nosti,<\/li>\n<li>pronala\u017eenje rje\u0161enja za dovoljnu prehranu urbanih stabala na terenu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1fd410 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d1fd410\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Trenutno stanje u partnerskim zemljama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Samo tre\u0107ina poslodavaca ukazuje na to da njihovi zaposlenici zahtijevaju znanja i vje\u0161tine povezane sa znano\u0161\u0107u tla u svakodnevnom radu (Sl &#8211; 33%, Sk &#8211; 27%), dok su istovremeno svjesni nedostatka znanja u ovom podru\u010dju (Sl &#8211; 44%, Sk &#8211; 27%). Ove rezultate potvr\u0111uju i ni\u017ee samoprocjene zaposlenika (Sl &#8211; 2,6, HR &#8211; 3,7). Sigurniji su u svoje znanje i provedbu mjera o\u010duvanja biolo\u0161ke raznolikosti (samoprocjena &#8211; Sl &#8211; 4.0, HR &#8211; 3,7).  <\/p>\n<p>Ti bi se rezultati mogli protuma\u010diti kao posljedica manjeg udjela fitopatolo\u0161kog sadr\u017eaja u programima formalnog obrazovanja. Kurikulum Arbortech-a mogao bi biti prilika za ja\u010danje kompetencija, povezanih s identificiranjem i rje\u0161avanjem bolesti i problema s \u0161tetnicima. Nadalje, urbani arboristi trebali bi sura\u0111ivati sa stru\u010dnjacima kako bi prona\u0161li rje\u0161enja za kontrolu stanovni\u0161tva ispod ekonomskog praga.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7813873 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7813873\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.10 Zdravstvena za\u0161tita bilja\/procjena rizika i upravljanje biljem<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83be6c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"83be6c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Jedan od glavnih zadataka urbanih arborista je pravilna zdravstvena za\u0161tita drve\u0107a, koja je potrebna za normalan razvoj drva i njegovo sazrijevanje. To uklju\u010duje osiguravanje prikladnih uvjeta uzgoja kada je drvo posa\u0111eno, \u010desto pra\u0107enje i kori\u0161tenje preventivnih mjera u narednim godinama kako bi se osigurala odr\u017eivost stabla. U kombinaciji s prisutno\u0161\u0107u bolesti i \u0161tetnika mogu se otkriti i fiziolo\u0161ki poreme\u0107aji, ali ponekad ih je te\u0161ko identificirati.  <\/p>\n<p>Starija drve\u0107a u urbanim podru\u010djima mogla bi biti opasna za gra\u0111ane. Da bi se rije\u0161io ovaj problem, potrebno je pregledati stabla prije bilo kakve intervencije, procijeniti njihovu vitalnost i mogu\u0107nosti regeneracije nakon intervencije.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c9f1be6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c9f1be6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Kompetencije:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>voditi brigu o zdravlju drve\u0107a i njihovoj vitalnosti u narednim godinama nakon sadnje,<\/li>\n<li>provjeriti stabilnost, otpornost i dugovje\u010dnost drve\u0107a,<\/li>\n<li>odabrati odgovaraju\u0107e vrste drve\u0107a koje \u0107e oblikovati \u0161umarke u urbanom okru\u017eenju kako bi bile dugovje\u010dne i otporne, s razgranatim korijenskim sustavom, robusnim drvom i dobrim kapacitetom regeneracije,<\/li>\n<li>odabrati odgovaraju\u0107e vrste i sorte drve\u0107a prema njihovim karakteristikama u mla\u0111im i starijim \u017eivotnim fazama,<\/li>\n<li>odabrati vrste drve\u0107a koje nisu alergene, toksi\u010dne i opasne za urbana okru\u017eenja<\/li>\n<li>odabrati vrste koje se mogu prilagoditi ili izdr\u017eati promjenjive klimatske uvjete u urbanim<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eb2be02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eb2be02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Trenutno stanje u partnerskim zemljama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci primjenjivost kompetencija vezanih uz zdravstvenu za\u0161titu bilja ocjenjuju umjerenom (Sl &#8211; 67%, SK &#8211; 45%),, dok su kompetencije procjene i upravljanja rizikom me\u0111u najva\u017enijima i najrelevantnijima za urbane arboriste (Sl &#8211; 89%, SK &#8211; 82%).<\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci isti\u010du i nedovoljno poznavanje biljne zdravstvene za\u0161tite (Sl &#8211; 33% tvrtki, HR &#8211; 18%). Ove rezultate potvr\u0111uju ni\u017ee samoprocjene zaposlenika (Sl &#8211; 3.0, HR &#8211; 3.8). Zaposlenici u Hrvatskoj smatraju da su najmanje kompetentni u podru\u010dju za\u0161tite na radu od svih navedenih vje\u0161tina (samoprocjena \u2013 HR \u2013 2,8, Sl \u2013 3,8), ali su ne\u0161to sigurniji u podru\u010dje reagiranja u hitnim slu\u010dajevima (Sl \u2013 4,0, HR \u2013 3,2). <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-00fc6bd elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"00fc6bd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.12 Penjanje na drvo i spa\u0161avanje u zraku <\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e300c1f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e300c1f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Penjanje na drvo zahtijeva znanje i vje\u0161tine u tehnikama penjanja, kori\u0161tenje arboristi\u010dkih u\u017eadi i \u010dvorova te siguran rad na visini. Osim tehnika penjanja, priroda posla \u010desto uklju\u010duje ispravnu i sigurnu uporabu motorne pile na visini. U slu\u010daju nesre\u0107e na radu, urbani arborist mora biti u stanju popeti se i sigurno spustiti ozlije\u0111enu osobu, koja se ne mo\u017ee spustiti bez pomo\u0107i.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c67063b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c67063b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Kompetencije:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>popeti se na drvo uz kori\u0161tenje pravilnih tehnika penjanja (i penjanja po u\u017eadi i \u010dvorova) za siguran rad na visini;<\/li>\n<li>poznavati razne tehnike rezanja i koristiti motornu pilu pri radu na visini;<\/li>\n<li>osigurati podru\u010dje nesre\u0107e, pru\u017eiti prvu pomo\u0107 i prevesti ozlije\u0111enu osobu do najbli\u017ee hitne ambulante prve pomo\u0107i.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5f3bbae elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5f3bbae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Trenutno stanje u partnerskim zemljama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci ocjenjuju va\u017enost kori\u0161tenja kompetencija vezanih uz penjanje po stablima i kori\u0161tenje u\u017eadi za penjanje i spa\u0161avanje iz zraka od umjereno va\u017enih do va\u017enih (Sl &#8211; 56%, HR &#8211; 89%), \u0161to je tako\u0111er u skladu sa samoprocjenom zaposlenika o tome da su prili\u010dno kompetentni (Sl &#8211; 3.2, HR &#8211; 3.5)<\/p>\n<p>Kada je rije\u010d o tehnikama penjanja, u anketi smo primijetili da ve\u0107ina sudionika nema odgovaraju\u0107e znanje i opremu za rad na visini. S druge strane, vidimo skupinu zaposlenika (arborista) koji su specijalizirani za ovo podru\u010dje. Upoznati su s tehnikom, imaju odgovaraju\u0107u opremu i alate za rad na visini, odgovaraju\u0107u obuku i potrebne certifikate koji im omogu\u0107uju dobar i profesionalan rad.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-952bcd4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"952bcd4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.13 Kori\u0161tenje mobilnih platformi za podizanje u radu<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-929669e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"929669e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Mobilne platforme za podizanje va\u017ean su alat\/ure\u0111aj za njegu stabala na visini i posebno se \u010desto koriste u urbanim podru\u010djima. Za njihov rad potrebno je imati posebnu kvalifikaciju. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-02768fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"02768fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Kompetencije:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>kori\u0161tenje mobilne radne platforme za podizanje (i svjesnost o potrebnom certifikatu za uporabu),<\/li>\n<li>pravilno osigurati i ozna\u010diti radno mjesto na po\u010detku radnog procesa u skladu sa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a0a3423 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a0a3423\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Trenutno stanje u partnerskim zemljama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci ocjenjuju kompetencije povezane s kori\u0161tenjem mobilne platforme za podizanje kao sasvim primjenjive na vrlo primjenjive (Sl \u2013 78%). Oko 16% zaposlenika u Slova\u010dkoj koristi ovaj ure\u0111aj, a jo\u0161 ve\u0107i postotak nije obu\u010den za njegovo kori\u0161tenje (SK &#8211; 45%). <\/p>\n<p>Situacija je prili\u010dno sli\u010dna u Sloveniji, gdje na platformi mo\u017ee raditi samo odre\u0111ena skupina zaposlenika, uglavnom iz ve\u0107ih tvrtki \u0161to je sasvim razumljivo s obzirom na to da mnoge tvrtke za njegu drve\u0107a ne posjeduju ovaj ure\u0111aj. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d097ce8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d097ce8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.14 Namje\u0161tanje i demonta\u017ea<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bbef0cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bbef0cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Po zavr\u0161etku radova gradili\u0161te treba o\u010distiti sigurno i pa\u017eljivo. Proces tako\u0111er zahtijeva prikupljanje i pohranu alata koji su kori\u0161teni u radu na visini. Proces: sigurno spu\u0161tanje, \u010di\u0161\u0107enje, prikupljanje te odvoz i skladi\u0161tenje.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Trenutno stanje u partnerskim zemljama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Poslodavci su te kompetencije rangirali od djelomi\u010dno do vrlo primjenjivog u svakodnevnom radu urbanog arborista (Sl &#8211; 56%, SK &#8211; 90%), istodobno ukazuju\u0107i na blagi jaz u znanju (SK- 18% tvrtki), koji se tako\u0111er mo\u017ee \u0161ire rje\u0161avati u sklopu finalizacije rada.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b8d6519 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b8d6519\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4.15 Planiranje i organizacija rada, propisi i pravna pitanja <\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-039df9c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"039df9c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Dobra organizacija i planiranje klju\u010dni su za nesmetano odvijanje rada. Nasuprot tome, tvrtke u Hrvatskoj smatrale su da je razina profesionalne komunikacije radnika dovoljna. <\/p>\n<p>Ipak, zaposlenici su svoju razinu profesionalne komunikacije ocijenili kompetentnom.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e8105a6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e8105a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.2 Timski rad<\/h3>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3af43d7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3af43d7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Sposobnost rada u timu va\u017ena je jer zaposlenici obi\u010dno rade u grupama, koje se obi\u010dno sastoje od dva \u010dlana (Sl -56% tvrtki) ili \u010dak i vi\u0161e (3 ili vi\u0161e &#8211; HR). U Slova\u010dkoj je istaknuta va\u017enost individualne prilagodljivosti grupi (36% tvrtki) jer poslodavci kombiniraju pojedina\u010dne skupine posade prema potrebi. Dodatno<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1ccffe elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1ccffe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Osobine kao \u0161to su odgovornost, pouzdanost, visoka motivacija za rad i afinitet prema prirodi predstavljaju prednosti u procesu zapo\u0161ljavanja. Razvoj tih vrijednosti tako\u0111er bi trebao biti dio kurikuluma. Vrijednosti promi\u010du br\u017ee stjecanje znanja, vje\u0161tina i kompetencija te poti\u010du u\u010denike da slijede vi\u0161e razine obrazovnih ciljeva.  <\/p>\n<p>Kako bi se izbjegao nedostatak urbanih arborista u budu\u0107nosti, bitno je zapo\u010deti promociju profesije u ranoj dobi poticanjem interesa za drve\u0107e i grmlje.
